Change of Date for Submission of Draft Thesis

There are changes to the date of submission of draft thesis. Since Chinese feast falls on February 3, 2011, I hoped that all students will submit the thesis on January 27, 2011 to GSB office.  Your kind cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
