Issue: Request to extend Viva & Thesis Submission Dates

Dear compatriots,

This is Chee Howe. I hope everyone is doing masterfully well on your thesis. But unfortunately, some of us are encountering certain issues in completing them, and there are grave concerns about the date of our Viva (4-6 April), which falls on the study break of the final exams.

In view of this, I would like to bring up this issue during our Dialogue session with the School this Saturday (15 Jan 2011) at 9am. I intend to "gently request" for our Viva and Final Report submission dates to be postponed until AFTER the final exams. This may be a tough call, but in order to have a chance of convincing the School to consider this request, we will need your support and agreement during the Dialogue session.

Therefore, I would like to call upon your honorable presence this Saturday morning, with a glint of hope that we may be able to collectively win the School's approval to allow us to have more time in delivering a better composed thesis. 

Your kind presence will be of great significance to all that are on this journey together.
